I’m writing this letter to thank Erik and Tri-State for the excellent service afforded me in the recent refinancing of my home in Onalaska. I first became aware of Tri-State by using MortgageExpo.com online to look for possibilities in refinancing. After plugging in pertinent information on the MortgageExpo site, Tri-State Financial came up as the solution provider in my area. I was pleasantly surprised at this and checked Tri-State’s website to get some sense of what your company is about.
